This initiative was fuelled by a collective desire to revolutionize the world of project management learning. Meet Vaibhav, a seasoned project manager who had faced the daunting challenges of PMI exams, learning the significance of practical understanding through those experiences. SAK, an aspiring entrepreneur, had personally encountered the struggle of harmonizing academic knowledge with the demands of real-world projects.


Raghu, a visionary educator, witnessed countless students grapple with the complexities of project management concepts, often without adequate guidance. And then there were Pooja, Prachi, Sakshi, and Abhinav, representing our tech-savvy wizards and operations team, who envisioned a dynamic online space where learning was interactive, engaging, and personalized.


Their collective journey was not without obstacles. Vaibhav had faced exam failures, which became a humbling experience, emphasizing the importance of practical understanding. Shahnawaz had felt the disparity between exam theories and real-world entrepreneurial challenges. Raghu had witnessed students struggling to grasp project management complexities without sufficient mentorship. Sakshi had identified limitations in existing online platforms, prompting the vision for a more immersive and collaborative learning experience.


Motivated by their shared experiences and the drive to address these gaps, they embarked on a remarkable journey. Their vision for the future of PM Learning Board was ambitious and clear: to create a vibrant community where successful exam takers would willingly become mentors, guiding newcomers to not only pass the exams but also practically apply project management principles.

Through tireless collaboration and dedication, the PM Learning Board began to take shape. They designed a mentorship program where individuals who had triumphed in the exams generously shared their insights and knowledge with those embarking on their project management journey. This mentorship initiative gained momentum, with an increasing number of successful exam takers eager to give back to the community and nurture new talent.


Their vision extended to driving the adoption of the PMI framework, aiming for an adoption rate exceeding 90%. They recognized a gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application within the PMI framework and worked diligently to bridge it. The PM Learning Board integrated real-life case studies, interactive exercises, and collaborative projects to provide a holistic understanding of project management.
